Junior Architect Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on design development and management
2. Take the brief to identify needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
3. Develop ideas keeping in mind needs, building usage, and environmental impact in line with architectural trends and advancement
4. Select the materials as per the requirement and the project theme and prepare the material board for the presentation
5. Work on drawing management
6. Control drawing deliverables from start to finish of the project to ensure high-quality details drawings for the schematic and working drawing stage
7. Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines, and regulations
8. Work with a team of 6 to 8 architects/technicians for achieving the deliverables on time
9. Work on consultant and vendor coordination
10. Coordination with structural and service consultants for design development and execution
11. Coordinate with various vendors for material selection
12. Work on site coordination
13. Coordinate with project managers to achieve the required design deliverables in line with site requirement
14. Make periodic site visits to check on project status and report on the project

Skills & Requirements:

1. B.Arch/M.Arch or equivalent
2. 2+ years of experience
3. Excellent technical drawing skills
4. Strong communication and project management skills
5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and 3D programs such as AutoCAD, Lumion, Enscape etc.
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
8. Creative solid and visualization skills
