Sachin Patil Design Studio is seeking a dynamic and talented junior architect to join our team! Are you passionate about creating innovative and sustainable designs? Do you have a keen eye for detail and an ability to build strong client relationships? If so, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on planning and preparing detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using industry-standard software
2. Work on ULB - approved designs, GFC, FF&E, Electrical and Plumbing layouts.
3. Create visually stunning architectural presentations through the use of design thinking, sketching, and photography techniques
4. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications
5. Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes
