About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Connect and counsel working professionals for career development programs
2. Connect with the leads and database and convert them to sales
3. Promote management programs as per the profile of the candidate
4. Maintain database and records of the candidates
5. Maintain connections with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers
6. Follow pre-sales and post-sales procedures
7. Contribute actively as a team player to encourage sales
8. Achieve the assigned targets every month
