1. Bachelor's degree & 1-2 years of experience in the sales
2. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
3. Should be dynamic, result-oriented
4. Should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones
5. Must have good communication and negotiation skills
6. Have experience with lead generation & client acquisition
7. Soft skills (pitching, probing, objection handling, rapport building)
8. Must have good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
9. Hands-on experience with MS Office
10. Working experience in the service industry
11. Experience in B2B marketing
12. CRM experience is preferred
