About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Work on digital marketing to generate quality traffic and B2B leads using organic methods like SEO, link building, SMM, email marketing, content marketing and paid methods like PPC paid ads, etc.
2. Handle leads (sales) & customers (support), do technical discussion over call (Skype, Google Meet, etc.) and in writing (email & chat), and convert them into customers
3. Generate high-quality leads that result in winning new projects and accounts
4. Convert leads on email, call, Skype, Facebook messenger, etc.
5. Work on proactively reaching out to new or potential customers as an account manager and help them in onboarding and customer success
6. Provide pre-sales & post-sales support
7. Help customers with services, pricing, quotes, technical, etc. things
8. Devise and execute a successful business development strategy in line with the company plans
9. Win new business and achieve agreed revenue and margin targets
10. Develop new business relationships with top advertising, app development, web development, and marketing agencies
11. Write compelling business proposals
12. Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales

Who can apply

1. Flawless communication skills, both written and verbal, with extensive public speaking experience

2. Demonstrated ability to work solo as well as being a productive team member and making outbound calls every day

3. Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn and can make new connections with prospects

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
