The team provides support to clients on all aspects of their requirements & administration once deployed. The team s mission is to ensure maximum closure of leads/cases daily through any source & provide the highest quality level of service to ensure renewal/repeat visits.
Single Mission - Each quality/prospect lead to be closed. Be aggressive & all out.
1. Develop a comprehensive understanding from time to time of our services, packages & programs, pricing strategy that we utilize & promote our services/brand effectively
2. Client interaction role:
- Managing all incoming calls/leads through all sources with the least TAT
- Asking the actual source of lead is mandatory
- Understanding the requirement & budget of the client
- Every prospect lead to be said yes we have the required service/product/staff
- Pitch & explain; negotiate & convince the client for service/product
3. Whenever lead volume is low or is comparatively free, the team should work on:
- Self-sale generation through any possible potential medium
- Cold calling on potential databases or follow-ups of prospect leads
- HCP data population & revision from time to time
Healthcare background is an advantage but not mandatory
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
