Junior Client Service Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Obtain and update lists of individuals' contact details
2. Call active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of company services
3. Take proper follow-up on time from the calls made on a daily basis
4. Should have good communication skills
5. Convince clients by explaining the company services and charges including the benefits of our services to take the same
6. Will be responsible to convert the lead into a potential client with powerful communication skills
7. Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements

Requirement and qualification:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Good time management and organizational skills
3. Ability to handle stressful situations
4. Ability to offer excellent customer service
5. Consult and call fresh clients on their inquiries
6. Help them with Canada or Hong Kong immigration process
7. Clear all the doubts
8. Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field experience in sales
9. Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
10. A commitment to excellent customer service
11. Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
12. Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
