About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on the reparation of documents and filing of forms regarding the incorporation of private limited companies, LLP and companies, LLP, and Section 8 companies
2. Work on the preparation of notice, agenda, and minutes of board meetings and shareholders' meeting
3. Work on the preparation of notice and director's report along with the filing of annual e-forms
4. Work on the preparation of documents and filing of e-forms for the private placement of shares
5. Work on the preparation of documents and filing of e-forms for ESOP
6. Work on the preparation of documents and filing of e-forms related to increasing authorized share
7. Work on the maintenance of statutory registers as per the Companies Act, 2013
8. Work on the preparation and filing of other documents and e-forms related to the company and LLP
9. Work on the preparation and filing of different forms with RBI like FCGPR, FLA, etc., and other RBI compliances (would be added advantage)
Required:
1. Required semi-qualified company secretary or CS drop out having exposure in secretarial function having experience of 1-2 years of secretarial function
2. Any person who completed his/her training and is looking for exposure in ROC Compliance, dematerialization of shares, FEMA and startup may apply for the said post
3. Well versed with the Companies Act, 2013
4. Knowledge of startup registration, and FSSAI license would be added advantage
