About the job
As a Content Writer & SEO, you will work towards growing and optimizing our web presence. The ideal candidate cares about making a business impact, is an expert in on-page and off-page SEO, and has successfully used Content Marketing & SEO as an organic growth strategy in previous roles.

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform keyword research regularly to optimize the website for existing content and discover new opportunities using SEO best practices to increase traffic to the company website
2. Conduct technical SEO audits - both on-site and off-site SEO including competitor analysis and report the overall SEO health metrics with analysis (weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting)
3. Assist in-depth analysis of the impact of campaigns on business pipeline and revenue Highlight insights and potential opportunities for optimization
4. Define lead flow processes and optimize program workflows in lead generation systems
5. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and optimize content across ad campaigns, emails, blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and landing pages (SEO Friendly)
6. Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics and develop new content in coordination with SEO goals to address gaps in the company's current content
7. Write personalized outreach emails and document link acquisitions to report on link progress
8. Research and recommend websites to improve backlink profiles, address toxic links, earn new high-quality links from relevant sites and organic rankings for target keywords by reclaiming broken backlinks, unlinked brand mentions, and report on inbound links and linking domains and other KPIs
9. Working experience on SEO Tools like SEMRush, aHrefs, Screaming Frog/Visual SEO Studio, Google Analytics, and Search Console

Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Jaipur

2. You have a relevant experience in SEO (experience in B2B SaaS/e-commerce is a bonus)

3. Have experience optimizing at least one top-tier CMS (experience with WordPress is highly desirable)

4. You know what a ‘Featured Snippet’ on Google is, and you know how to get your website to start showing up in them

5. You’re a pro at technical SEO implementation and have demonstrated your impact by boosting website traffic and organic search traffic metrics especially lead generation

6. You have an experimental mindset and are not afraid to try new things

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 12,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 18%

3. Other incentives: 2%
