Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Ideate and strategize content and blogging strategy for the company website
2. Oversee the content style, tone, and format of different brands under the domain
3. Should be efficient incorporate email communications
4. Coordinate with a team of freelancers to churn out blogs for the website
5. Create content that resonates with the company's vision and policies
6. Looking after content requirements for different departments

Qualifications:

1. "Hustle hai toh haasil hai" - The breed who understands what it takes to work in a fast-paced startup environment
2. Minimum experience of 1-3 years in an exhaustive content creation environment
3. Working across content writing domains is an add-on
4. Graduation in Mass Communications/English Honours or any relevant field. A Master' Degree can give you an edge
