The marketing executive must try to explore corporates/doctors/hospitals/ insurance/society RWA or any other potential source to get business and convince & conclude the deal by any permutation/combination in the way the conversation is going.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and complete field marketing campaigns after conducting preliminary research
2. Develop robust knowledge of all product lines/services and competitive pricing strategies
3. Define goals by spreading awareness, engagement, conversion, and loyalty
4. Produce various literature, signage, and other materials to be used at field marketing events
5. Maintain relationships with third-party partners and negotiate on cut-offs
6. Analyze and regular monitoring of competitors, kind of customers, digital trends, industry trends, current positioning
7. Promote business expansion opportunities to doctors, hospitals/corporates through successful field marketing programs
8. Regular follow up through with clients and ensure satisfaction
9. Manage social media activity surrounding field marketing campaigns
10. Track expenses in an organized manner
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
