1. Reach out to agency professionals for taking training sessions at IIDE via LinkedIn
2. Manage Google Calendars for trainers
3. Manage the LMS (learning management system)
4. Provide ongoing guidance to teachers teaching the course and deal with any questions and problems
5. Monitor the progress of the course and provide feedback to teaching staff, if required
6. Work on student coordination via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
7. Set up online/offline/hybrid classrooms & work on institutes' digital and physical assets
8. Participate actively in the planning and development processes within the team
9. Act as a communication channel between the relevant CO, the teacher teaching the course, and the team, informing them on course matters, especially dates, and timings
10. Ensure that the course is being run in accordance with general departmental guidelines
11. Contribute to the moderation process for final course results
12. Make reports and present them to management
13. Analyze feedback and statistical data and report on the course each week/month
Skills & Requirements:
1. Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency)
2. Should be well versed with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, GDS, etc.)
3. Knowledge of the WA messenger, Zoom, and automation email software (GMass, Mail Merge, Mail Chimp)
4. Proficient LinkedIn user
5. Should be a graduate any stream
6. Written and verbal communication in the English language is a must
