Key responsibilities:

1. Work with cross-functional user teams/stakeholders to determine the metrics, reports, and analyses needed for decision-making
2. Redefine the existing set of processes/activities with a focus on minimal human intervention with strong command on SQL, Python, and visualization tools
3. Retrieve and analyze data using SQL and/or Python
4. Monitor existing metrics, analyze data, and partner with other internal teams to identify and implement process and system improvements
5. Automate manual processes and create a platform in favor of self-service data consumption wherever required
6. Present data insights to non-technical team members as well as technical team members using PPT or reporting dashboards
7. Participate in an on-call schedule to provide emergency incident support
