About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the product and work on market research for customer acquisition
2. Set appointments with the clients and visit the client & present the product to the client
3. Coordinate with the marketing team for active leads for cold calling and generate new leads through networking using social media platforms
4. Update as well as monitor the CRM system for customer database & lead conversions
5. Drive awareness and adoption of our bio-remedial solutions for industrial bioremediation & other environmental applications
6. Manage the onboarding process for each new customer from technical evaluation onward

Other requirements

Any graduate with a sales instinct is preferable

B.Sc. in chemistry/microbiology/biology will be preferable from the point of view of knowledge about the subject

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
