Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in handling documentation related to financial transactions, contracts, and legal matters
2. Support day-to-day operational activities under the guidance of the founders
3. Maintain accurate records of income and expenses
4. Monitor and track the company's budget, ensuring adherence to financial plans
5. Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses
6. Help in maintaining the balance sheet and other financial statements
7. Record and reconcile financial transactions on a regular basis
8. Assist in managing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
