1. Pay taxes, file and maintain workings for TDS & GST within due time, and any ancillary work necessary for meeting the statutory requirements under various acts
2. File statutory returns within due time (GST, TDS, PT)
3. Work on day-to-day book entries, invoice bookings, etc
4. Prepare and maintain financial reports as required
5. Verify the expense submitted by team members are in adherence to the expense policy
6. Sale weekly reconciliation and COD reconciliation with the sales team
7. Any other task as necessary to meet the requirements and assist the finance department
Requirements:
1 Having knowledge/experience of TDS, GST, income tax, PT, and statutory compliances. (CA dropout students will be an added advantage)
2. Knowledge of accounting software - Zoho books knowledge will be an added advantage
3. Pursuing a career in the finance field and being a fast learner
4. Experience - 1-2 years (not a bar)
5. Due to the critical nature of this role, only candidates with a finance background will be shortlisted
