1. Working on ideation for visual content that can enhance Oneistox's course experience
2. Working on creatives for our various marketing channels, primarily Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
3. Working on storyboarding for scripts and translating them into interesting visual content
4. Ensuring all creatives are accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience
5. Working with marketing and design team consisting of content writers, graphic designers, and video editors
6. Working with the course team and product team consisting of designers and engineers
7. Working with industry experts and mentors to create high-quality course content
Requirements:
1. Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
2. Knowledge of Figma is a plus
3. Commercial experience in image editing and motion graphics
4. Skills in digital drawing + illustration
5. Passion for design and a flair for bold, bright, and impactful work
6. Ability to follow briefs in a set timeframe and deliver on objectives
7. Understanding what designs will tell a story aligned with a campaign and overall brand strategy
