Key responsibilities:
1. Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs for employees at all levels.
2. Generating leads for Kalantar's unique training programs.
3. Developing customized training presentations (as per client's requirements).
4. Suggesting training material ideas for prospective clients.
5. Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
6. Preparing HR-related reports and presentations for management.
7. Supporting top management in other HR/training-related activities.
