Dive deep into unique analytics implementations covering multiple sites, dynamic sites, complex client-side deployments, mobile sites, and apps. If you have experience, that s great. If you don t but have the potential, we ll train you.
Key responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to internal and client teams around web analytics tagging, tool configuration, and data validation
2. Assess analytics implementation completeness, identify gaps and recommend analytics configuration and custom JavaScript coding solutions following internal standard processes and best practices
3. Prepare, optimize, test, and debug custom analytics tracking code
4. Configure analytics tools
5. Troubleshoot web analytics data problems and implementations
6. Create technical and non-technical instructions for the client's internal technical staff
7. Build and maintain select analytics reports and dashboards
8. Support team members during the analysis of web analytics and offline data
9. Contribute to client training and assist with other related projects
Skills & Requirements:
1. A Bachelor s degree in computer science, statistics, business, finance, psychology, or other quantitative fields
2. Referenceable ability to gather business requirements think critically, create best-fit solutions to meet clients needs, and produce documentation for internal and client use
3. Front-end developer capabilities in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and customize code, design and perform robust quality-control tests, and prepare usable technical documentation
5. Familiarity with different web development platforms and programming languages
6. Web analytics knowledge and experience with at least one web analytics tool
7. Project management experience
8. Be able to work on multiple projects concurrently
