Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop & Maintain Web Applications - Build scalable, secure, and efficient Laravel-based web applications.
2. Database Management - Design and optimize databases using MySQL/PostgreSQL with Laravel's Eloquent ORM.
3. API Development & Integration - Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
4. Authentication & Security - Implement authentication (Laravel Sanctum/Passport), role-based access, and security best practices.
5. Bug Fixing & Performance Optimization - Troubleshoot issues, debug, and improve performance using caching and query optimization.
6. Deployment & Server Management - Deploy Laravel apps using services like Laravel Forge, Docker, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
7. Version Control (Git) - Collaborate using Git, managing branches and pull requests effectively.
8. Testing & Debugging - Write and execute unit tests using PHPUnit and Laravel Dusk.
9. Work with Frontend Technologies - Collaborate with frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Blade templates.
10. Follow Best Practices - Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable code following SOLID principles.

1. Expertise in PHP & Laravel – Strong understanding of Laravel's ecosystem.

2. Database Proficiency – Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL and database optimization.

3. Frontend Knowledge – Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, or React is a plus.

4. API Development – Experience working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations.

5. Version Control (Git) – Comfortable with GitHub/GitLab workflows.

6. Deployment Experience – Experience deploying Laravel apps on cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Laravel Forge, etc.).

7. Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to debug and optimize applications effectively.

8. Team Collaboration – Experience working in an agile team using tools like Trello, Jira, or Slack.

9. Good Communication Skills – Can clearly explain technical concepts and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
