2. Read scripts and execute animation/videos and character illustrations as per the script's demands
3. Work with designers and managers to execute the required videos as per the client's requirements

Other requirements

Advanced working knowledge of designing/animating 2D and 3D motion graphics with Adobe After Effects and creative designing and ideation in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator

Must demonstrate the ability to think conceptually and strategically

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite

Intermediate to advanced understanding of camera angles and composition

Strong sense of typography, design skills, and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and under the direction

Able to influence the design and technical ideas

Deep understanding of design, prints, video formats, codecs, resolutions, and bit rates

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 180000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 15000 /year

3. Other incentives: ₹5000 /year
