Junior Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
3. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.
4. Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
5. Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
7. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
8. Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Requirements:

1. Communication should be excellent (written & Oral)
2. Experience in Games Consoles and PC components selling (Not mandatory)
3. Freshers are welcome
4. Languages: English, Regional language and Hindi(Not mandatory)
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
6. CRM experience is preferred.
7. Long term key player.
