Junior Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide support to operational activities such as scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and problem-solving
2. Analyze data and create reports to assist in decision making
3. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
4. Monitor customer service inquiries and take action to address customer concerns
5. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers
6. Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with industry regulations
7. Assist with preparing presentations and training materials
8. Troubleshoot technical issues related to operations

Required:

1. We are seeking a highly motivated individual that is fluent in English in both written and verbal communication
2. You will also need digital marketing knowledge
3. The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
4. Computer/IT engineer preferred
