Junior Operations Associate Fresher Job

As an operations support at Urbot, you will contribute to our operational efficiency and business growth. Your role will involve supporting our team with various responsibilities, including cold calling, appointment scheduling with manufacturers, and assisting account managers. Key responsibilities:

1. Schedule gardening services and coordinate with our team of professionals to ensure timely completion
2. Utilize WhatsApp API to communicate with customers, confirm service details, and address any inquiries or concerns
3. Use basic Excel skills to maintain and update Google Sheets with accurate and up-to-date information
4. Assist in maintaining data integrity by organizing and categorizing information related to customers, services, and products
5. Provide exceptional customer support to users who interact with our website or reach out to Urbot through various channels
6. Handle logistics related to product inventory, including coordination with suppliers, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels

Qualifications:
