3. Use basic Excel skills to maintain and update Google Sheets with accurate and up-to-date information
4. Assist in maintaining data integrity by organizing and categorizing information related to customers, services, and products
5. Provide exceptional customer support to users who interact with our website or reach out to Urbot through various channels
6. Handle logistics related to product inventory, including coordination with suppliers, tracking shipments, and managing stock levels
