Junior Operations Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow across functions.
2. Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate effective project execution and timely delivery.
3. Maintain accurate records, regularly update internal trackers, and manage documentation with precision.
4. Monitor project timelines, proactively escalate delays, and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Requirements:

1. A graduate with excellent organizational and communication skills.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data management.
3. Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Note: Salary during probation period: 10,000 - 15,000 per month (based on skills and experience).
