Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Taking and making calls
2. Talking to students who have purchased our product
3. Working on consistent follow-ups via calls and email
4. Keeping track of the updates and informing the team

Preferred candidates:

1. Any graduate degree
2. Must have good communication and convincing skills
3. Must have some basic understanding of Excel
4. Customer support experience is preferred (tele calling)
5. Work on data entry
6. Should be computer savvy (MS Office)
