Key responsibilities:

1. Working on client registration and account opening with various mutual fund platforms like BSE STARMF
2. Verifying KYC and a/c opening documents
3. Reconciling data and ensuring the software is updated
4. Maintaining and improving existing processes
5. Working on client interaction - resolving queries and issues, and attending to client requests
6. Working on transactions - online/offline execution of financial transactions of clients
