About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on implementing new processes in UFaber's and make sure the student gets the best he/she deserves
2. Innovate to improvise and optimize existing systems and processes continuously
3. Coordinate and manage all stakeholders of the ecosystem, trainer, students, content, and technology
4. Conduct orientation for newly enrolled students and assign faculty
5. Resolve students' queries via calls, email, or chat
6. Collect feedback from the students via calls or email
