About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding our content creation projects and training team for the project
2. Managing content-creation teams of different projects
3. Calling and building strong relationships with working experts and getting timely updates from them to improve production and remove communication gaps
4. Reporting to CEO: gathering complete knowledge of the project + who is working in your team + when will they submit work + their problems, etc. and you have to report CEO of the company for the same
5. Meetings with clients (it generally happens in every project that we have few meetings with clients regarding content quality, production, or any changes; so you have to understand it and further train the team for the same)
6. Writing emails, providing letters, managing invoices, maintaining records of subject matter experts

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
