This is a work-from-home position, but the candidate must live in Mumbai-Thane-Navi Mumbai. Our video production unit has a team of 10-15 shoot crew, shoot coordinators, anchors, scriptwriters, publishers, etc. They work using an assembly line type of process to efficiently create videos for digital and OTT media.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on acting as the producer and coordinate the activities of a video production unit to produce and publish videos for medical education
2. Get scripts written by scriptwriters
3. Get video shoots scheduled and completed by the video shoots coordinator and his team of anchors and cameramen
4. Ensure the preparation of videos and scripts for final editing by video markers and scriptwriters
5. Get editing done by editors
6. Check the final product for any flaws and errors (deviations from standards or the script)
7. Work with content managers and others to continuously enhance the quality of the videos created by the assembly line
Requirements:
1. Candidate must have a good computer and reliable internet connectivity at home
2. Must have reasonably quiet working environment at home for online meetings etc.
3. Candidate must be comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and tech-savvy
4. Must have reasonably good communication skills (speaking) in English, and Hindi with Marathi is a big plus
5. Must be a graduate
6. Minimum work experience of 1 year is required, preferably 2 years
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
