Junior Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute asset liquidation, dismantling, demolition, packing and moving, and logistics projects from start to finish
2. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
3. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
5. Allocate and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements
6. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
7. Manage and maintain inventory levels of necessary equipment and supplies
8. Implement quality control measures to ensure work is performed to the highest standards
9. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve any issues or deviations
10. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational processes
11. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of operational staff, including supervisors, technicians, and logistics personnel
12. Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance team performance and productivity
13. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement
14. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and safety requirements related to asset liquidation, dismantling, demolition, packing and moving, and logistics operations
15. Promote and enforce safety protocols and best practices to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment
