4. Develop final immigration processes and protocols for participants

6. Develop final transportation and parking plans for events
7. Ensure events follow local security, workplace safety, and health regulations
8. Carefully oversee event happenings
9. Offer solutions to resolve problems in a timely manner
10. Evaluate the event s success and submit reports
