Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management
2. Work on meeting the defined performance metrics consistently
3. Develop and implement the recruiting strategies and processes
4. Work and manage the team responsibly
5. Work effectively in teams, share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback
6. Source and screen the suitable candidates
7. Manage and line up interviews
8. Work on CTC discussion
9. Handle offer letter release
10. Manage the accepted candidates and keep in touch with them till the joining date
11. Inform HR executives and stakeholders about the joining
12. Provide a weekly hiring update to stakeholders

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
