Key responsibilities:

1.Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

2. Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

4. Assist in conducting interviews, both in-person and via video conferencing.

5. Help maintain and promote the company's employer brand through social media platforms and other relevant channels.

6. Foster positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive candidate experience.

7. Assist with general administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as maintaining recruitment files, preparing offer letters, and coordinating pre-employment activities.
