1. Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
2. Drive recruitment analytics across the organization
3. Create the most appropriate recruitment strategy with HR Manager for every role by providing sourcing & selection solutions via careers page and job portals, social networks & groups, employer branding, employee referral program, internal job movement, etc.
4. Build a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment process from application to joining
5. Communicate the expectations clearly and regularly address the gaps if any exist in expectations vis a vis the action plan of the team member
6. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
7. Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
8. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
9. Follow up on the interview process status and update records in an internal database
Recite is a city resource management organization with a current focus on waste as a resource. We support urban local bodies and corporates in implementing and sustaining data and tech-enabled city-level solutions to streamline the waste value chain and avert waste from landfills. This is done by creating platforms where stakeholders, including the government, citizens, waste workers, and experts interact and problem-solve together, and become mindful of the needs of others. In the last two years, we have averted more than 24,000 metric tons of waste from landfills and formalized 325 waste workers.
