Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment for any sector
2. Reaching out to candidates through job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal databases
3. Working on job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling the interview in the PAN India location
4. Negotiating over the offered salary range and joining date
5. Ensuring the candidate joins on the said date
