Junior Recruiter Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening
Proactively source candidates through job portals, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review and shortlist resumes to match job requirements across departments.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

2. Interview Coordination
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a seamless, professional, and timely interview experience for all parties involved.
Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.

3. Job Postings & Database Management
Craft compelling job postings and publish them on relevant platforms, including job boards and the company website.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database to support current and future hiring needs.

4. Candidate Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
Share information about job roles, team dynamics, and company culture.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships to enhance the overall experience.

5. Recruitment Administration Support
Track and report recruitment metrics to monitor hiring progress and pipeline health.
Assist in improving recruitment strategies and documentation for continuous process improvement.
