Jr.Recruitment Executive responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, and conducting background checks if required. Will work with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and learn to recruit faster and more effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
6. Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests
7. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
8. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
9. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
10. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
11. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
12. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
13. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
Requirements:
1. Should have superb written and verbal communication skills
2. Must be passionate about hiring for non-IT positions, especially sales and marketing profiles
3. Extensive knowledge of searching profiles in job portals
4. Should be an innovative and hard worker and able to meet hiring deadlines
5. Must be MBA in HR
