About the job
Job purpose:
Responsible for searching and recruiting the right candidates for external clients.

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the sourcing, interviews, closures, and other hiring activities for all the IT/Non-IT positions of our clients
2. Communicate with clients to get a clear view of their hiring needs and organizational goals
3. Research for the client's company
4. Research competitors and the marketplace
5. Define job description and document specifications
6. Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
7. Create a candidate persona for each open position
8. Conduct confidential interviews
9. Follow-up references and check credits
10. Present shortlisted candidates
11. Present detailed candidate profile summaries
12. Build long-term client relationships
13. Research and develop recruiting leads
14. Develop a sustainable candidate-lead strategy
15. Advise clients on best-recruiting practices

Who can apply

1. Graduate/MBA in HR

2. Extremely organized and highly motivated

3. Good in written/verbal communications

4. Proficiency in MS Office

5. Must have quantitative skills

6. Should have recruitment experience in the staffing domain

Annual CTC: 4 - 5.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 85%

2. Variable component: 15%
