We are looking for entry-level employees with an experience in dealing with loan operations.
Key responsibilities:
1. Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company
2. Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting
3. Articulating the solutions and services available and tailoring them to clients-specific needs
4. Meeting set targets and working closely with marketing and sales by methodically working on and following up on a variety of proactive sales activities
5. Consistently achieving quarterly and annual key performance indicators
6. Making use of technology to set up meetings, webinars, and other digital events whilst travel is limited
Requirements:
1. A high school degree and a bachelor's in any field
2. Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
3. Be target driven and capable of hitting key performance indicators
4. Knowledge of LinkedIn and or CRM will be advantageous
5. Must be an experienced business development executive with a track record or a junior candidate with a real desire to get into sales
