About the job

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Junior Sales Electronics Engineer to support our sales team in promoting and selling electronic manufacturing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of electronics, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn about our products and customer needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career at the intersection of engineering and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and potential clients in industrial, automation, or OEM sectors.
2. Understand and explain technical features of electronic products and customized solutions to customers.
3. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and basic technical proposals.
4. Support the preparation of quotations, tenders, and other customer documentation.
5. Follow up with clients on inquiries, proposals, and post-sales support under guidance.
6. Coordinate with the design, R&D, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
7. Maintain and update CRM tools with leads, opportunities, and interactions.
8. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and onsite customer visits to support senior sales staff.
9. Learn about market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to improve product positioning.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics / Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation or related field.
2. 0-2 years of experience in sales or application engineering (freshers welcome with internship/project experience).
3. Basic understanding of electronic components, embedded systems, and industrial automation is an advantage.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.
5. Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
6. Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-oriented engineering role.
7. Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email etiquette.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 /year

2. Variable pay: ₹ 50,000 - 1,00,000 /year
