About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand search engine algorithms, usage of backlinks, and ranking methods
2. Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
3. Work on on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies to improve SERP rankings and website conversions
4. Work on SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics
5. Work on a link-building strategy & work with our marketing team to create content that ranks higher on search engines
6. Research and analyze competitor advertising links
7. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%
