1. Help implement a search visibility roadmap to drive results through search campaigns
2. Serve as project manager for our search campaigns (both PPC and SEO)
3. Work closely with our digital marketing director for overall strategy and guidance
4. Own and manage the annual SEM budget including day-to-day channel performance and the strategic roadmap of all paid search marketing and organic marketing efforts
5. Identify opportunities for optimization and expansion, and see through to implementation
6. Establish media goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics for an advertising campaign
7. Keep up-to-date with industry and publisher innovations (ie: beta offerings), conference insights, publisher certifications, negative news, and any other changes that affect media campaigns
8. Audit account continuously to identify areas for growth and innovate regularly
9. Collaborate with the creative team to influence the image and video content for designated channels and ads
10. Launch, analyze, optimize, and manage paid search across campaigns multiple accounts
11. Create reporting that effectively communicates insights and recommendations to all levels across the organization
12. Create campaign components including keywords, copy, landing page selection, account structure, audience targeting, etc. with manager oversight
13. Compile, analyze, and provide insight into weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
14. Create content topics, proof content developed by the creative team, and add content to websites for SEO
Skills & Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree, relevant courses, and/or internships preferred
2. 4-6+ years of direct experience running paid search and/or organic search engine optimization campaigns
3. Proficiency with MS Office with intermediate to advanced Excel skills (ie: graphs, pivot tables, lookups, web queries, and other formulas)
4. Proficiency with the English language for both written and verbal use
5. Conversant with all SEM platforms, technology, and processes
6. Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to optimize and improve performance for digital channels
7. Analytical approach to performance marketing and decision making
8. Experience working cross-functionally within an organization
