Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting keyword research to pinpoint valuable keywords and creating content strategies centered around them
2. Enhancing search engine rankings by optimizing on-page elements such as website content and metadata
3. Monitoring and evaluating website traffic and search engine rankings to identify opportunities for optimization and developing plans accordingly
4. Performing regular SEO audits to confirm that the website is optimized for search engines and implementing necessary updates
5. Managing and optimizing SEO tools like Google Analytics to track website performance and make informed decisions
6. Working alongside the marketing team to create and execute content marketing campaigns
7. Staying current with the latest SEO developments and algorithm updates, and applying them to enhance website performance
8. Communicating SEO results and recommendations to the marketing team and other stakeholders

Other requirements

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field

A minimum of 2-4 years of SEO experience, preferably in a SaaS environment

A solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking elements

Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others

Experience in content development and optimization

Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects at the same time

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 7,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 15%
