Key responsibilities:

1. Work on onsite elevator service
2. Work on fault identification and repair of elevators
3. Support customers through technical and administrative activities
4. Understand customer needs and concerns
5. Provide a high level of customer service
6. Prepare and submit service reports
7. Communicate with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively
8. Write reports and present findings to managers and supervisors on a regular basis

Position/Department: Service Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/ITI/BE/BEEE
Experience: Fresher/ Experience
Skills: Good Communication (Kannada is Mandatory)

Requirements:

1. Language proficiency and willingness to learn is a must
2. Must have a 2-wheeler (bike)
