About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the content generation process for social media channels
2. Understand communication goals for different channels and plan social media content based on the same
3. Create monthly/weekly social calendars in advance and get them approved by the stakeholders
4. Engage with graphic designers to ensure timely completion of the monthly social media dockets (creatives, Reels, videos, etc.)
5. Monitor user engagement daily, and respond to all comments, direct messages, and mentions within the specified time
