Junior Social Media Marketing Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management: Manage and update all social media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring brand consistency and increasing social media presence
2. Content Creation: Create engaging and creative content in various formats - posts, reels, IGTV, stories, etc., adhering to our brand identity
3. Influencer Outreach: Identify, reach out, and establish relationships with relevant influencers in the parenting and pediatric sphere for collaborations and partnerships
4. Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and drive conversations and engagements with followers on all platforms & ensure all queries and comments are handled in a timely and appropriate manner
5. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all social media platforms to guide strategy and improve engagement
6. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and suggest creative ways to attract prospective customers and promote our brand
7. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of digital campaigns and events, coordinating with the team to ensure consistency

Note: The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, be highly organized, and have a strong understanding of social media marketing. Prior experience in social media or digital marketing is preferred, but not essential.
