Key responsibilities:
1. Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement
2. Engage with customers by responding to questions, complaints, and comments, and solicit feedback to improve product and service offerings
3. Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
4. Coordinate website updates, including content and structure, and optimize content throughout the website
5. Maintain and update website content including online descriptions and product listings
6. Coordinate paid online advertising, including creating and executing targeted online ad campaigns
7. Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
