Key responsibilities:

1. Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video, or HTML) that builds meaningful connections with our customers
2. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content
3. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
4. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
5. Improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and
6. best practices, and then acting on the information
7. Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions
8. Post live content and be available physically at our events for maximum coverage
9. Work on creating original text and video content (during events), managing posts, and responding to followers
10. Manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals

Required skills:

1. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
2. You should have excellent communication skills (written) and be able to express our company's views creatively
3. Fluency in English
4. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
5. Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
6. Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
7. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
8. Inclination towards sports
9. Sports management, social media, content writing, and events background candidates preferred
10. Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience
