Junior Social Media Marketing Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, strategize and execute day-to-day content creation & planning for Instagram & Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn & other social media platforms
2. Conceptualize and execute plans that help increase overall social media reach and increase engagement
3. Write copies for captions and creative posts
4. Work on reels and video suggestions for different industries
5. Conceptualize engaging social posts that lead to higher engagement
6. Have a knack for short copy, engaging & viral content and the vision to translate that in design and copy
7. Understand insights, work on data and have the ability to tweak plans accordingly
8. Compile data across social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports
9. Conceptualize influencer collaborations for brands you would be managing
10. Ideate on possible partnerships that can be done with other people and brands at small & large scale
11. Work on client handling and present monthly reports and new ideations
12. Stay up to date with social media trends
13. Provide data analysis and metric reporting to clients

Required:

1. Must have experience in an ad agency (1 year preferred)
2. Must have own laptop
3. Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram marketing, Facebook ads manager, Business Suite, etc.
